La actora, poseedora desde 1994, demand\u00f3 la usucapi\u00f3n y la inoponibilidad de una hipoteca inscripta en 1993 por presunta caducidad. La Sala A de la C\u00e1mara rechaz\u00f3 la acci\u00f3n porque el plazo de veinte a\u00f1os fue interrumpido cuando la compradora verific\u00f3 su cr\u00e9dito en la quiebra (reconociendo el dominio ajeno) y cuando el s\u00edndico impuls\u00f3 la subasta del bien.
